the girl on the first cover has fallen in love with the MC. The thing is, for the MC, she is quite a bit younger than him,and he considers her as his "daughter" just like when he was handling a human orphanage 500 years ago. Physically the difference is something like 4-5 years, but that's enough for him. SO she's struggling quite a bit to make him see as a woman rather than as a child. All other member of the orphanage have a relation father/daughter (or friend/friend with another of the 3 oldest) with the MC btw.
