Indeed a worthy anime. Although mostly because of its characters. But I am not a fan of romantics. I do not mind any genre if a piece of art does contain some kind of philosophic message or idea (or at least pseudo-philosopic). So for me to rate an anime as a piece of art with the highest grade (9/10, since no anime deserves 10/10 as for myself), anime has to contain one, well, perhaps with a few exceptions. And Steins;Gate does not fit that criterion. As I have already written, I am a fan of neither romantics nor Sci-Fi, hence only 8.5/10 rounded to 8/10.

Well, that's a lot of my favourite SUFFERING.

A great sequel to my favourite Isekai. Even more suffering and, finally, some plot (not a joke!). And that is a great leap forward, for the first season of Re:Zero was secretive to the lore of the world of the series, or, should I say, even esoteric. The first season didn't tell you almost anything of the powers of Subaru, the witches and the history of the world, giving you very small bits of information, on the basis of which you could only have tried to make assumptions about the universe of Re:Zero. Some considered this bad, a few even thought that the lore of Re:Zero be under-developed, which is not truth, by the way; moreover, of all the anime fantasy Isekais of recent years watched by myself (almost every one of them), only Overlord (the first anime TV series I watched and my second favourite Isekai after Re:Zero) may compare to Re:Zero in terms of deepness of the lore (perhaps, the lore of Overlord is even deeper, but it doesn't really matter - you've got the point). The graphics suffered a little from the quarantine, yet it isn't critical, and for the same reason the second season of the anime was split on two parts, so this one doesn't have a proper ending, which is, of course, not good.
In conclusion 8.5/10, but I just can't rate it with the same score as Evangelion or Howl's Moving Castle, especially considering all the problems of this season. Hence, rounding to 8/10.

Excellent as always. Now, I feel like I need to rewatch the entire second season of this show in order to grasp it proprely. This is the kind of shows that, I think, rather lose from being shown by an episode once a week: you forget a lot of the events of the previous episode in the time you watch the next one. Nevertheless, 8/10.

Extremely boring.

The best adaptation of Berserk, however quite old and kind of cheap, so better read the manga.

Terrible visuals, nauseous camera work, painful sounds, disputable music and all these things based on one of the best mangas in history.

A Slice of Life but not boring shit (maybe a bit).

Indeed, the most generic anime. Uniting two insane cliché, magic school harem and so-called isekai, this anime reaches previously unattainable heights of genericness. However, unlike most anime, realising these concepts, this one has a villain with an understandable and completely sane motivation, which is uncommon these days even in more serious anime (think of Demon Slayer as an example). But in this anime there is no ending so it kind of nullifies the aforesaid advantage, in my opinion. Graphics are way more okay than you may await from such title, so I see nothing bad in rating this 6/10.

Comparing to Master of Ragnarok this anime is truly a great step forward for EMT² studio.
The anime definitely had its own potential, but everything is ruined by the performance. Well, if one were familiar with any creations of the aforesaid studio then one would not actually expect anything extraordinary.
But let us assume, that one have not heard anything about them thus far. In that case we have an almost dark fantasy world with steampunk elements where humankind have to nestle in small towns, every corner of which is lit with tranquillising lustre of old lanterns. Whilst the outer world is filled with impure spawns of eternal night. Sounds interesting, does it not? Ohh, forget about it! This anime ain't about all that dull stuff! It's about teenage girls and their too perfect teacher. And that is a great shame, since I would like to see a worthy anime in the described by myself nightmarish background. But I guess it is not meant to be.
Apart from all of that: one small step for the anime-industry, one giant leap for EMT² studio.

This is just a piece of rubbish about nothing. It is so ordinary RPG-ish isekai that it hardly has any degree of identity.

Bakemonogatari is a very original in many senses anime. In terms of graphics this is something quite different from what you've got used to seeing in other anime, which, combined with an uncommon approach to character design, of which I am not particularly fond, although I may not disagree, that it is not cheap at all, it simply does not suit my personal taste, gives you a unique feeling watching this. The narration is very interesting too. The lines of characters are mixed with visual pop-up slides with small bits of Japanese texts on them, containing characters' thoughts, feelings, and quotes, so ideally you need to know some Japanese in order to understand this anime properly. This is also required for getting many of lost-in-translation jokes and wordplays, that are really common in this anime. Speaking of the characters; each one of them isn't just another cliché with the possible minimum of originality, but a unique and memorable personality, which is important, because of the haremish structure of this show. Also in Monogatari series, there are almost no background characters (not secondary characters), that is in its way original and atmospheric, and it is, I guess, convenient in terms of money-saving for Shaft studio. Thus animators do not have to draw a thousand of useless background characters, or, even worse, to render in 3D, which is always awful.
This anime is truly original, so if you want to experience something new, perhaps, you should watch this. And although it is not exactly in my taste, I can't rate it lower than 7.5/10, rounding to 8/10.

As the sequel of Bakemonogatari, Nisemonogatari, in my opinion, hadn't lost any of its originality, an intrinsic part of the whole Monogatari series, which makes it stand above the rest of other anime for me. On the contrary, it has become even better than its predecessor. The narration has got easier for understanding, the amount of pop-up slides, which have clearly made the show a little more difficult to understand, has decreased, but brilliant direction of the show and the eccentric touch on visuals wasn’t lost. Moreover, some scenes have become even more attractive for their peculiarity than before. The whole tendency of the show has shifted more to the ecchi side of things, which by itself isn't bad to me.
In conclusion, another 8/10.

About all the three films. Direction, plot, and visual style are even more eccentric and peculiar. This is, indeed, a rare gem, really unlike anything else. Some may say "This is boring", with that I disagree. Perhaps, this may seem boring to those, who watched this apart from other anime of Monogatari series, or to those, who've read all the existing manga (light novels?) in the series, who know the entire plotline from the beginning to a few dozens of seasons ahead of the TV shows, and for some reason dislike the directing in these anime. But I am not one of them. These films were interesting to me, at least, for I wanted to know the pre-history behind Shinobu and Koyomi Araragi. And I got what I wanted, and quite enjoyed the films. But I must agree that the first film was a little poor on events and had an overextended introduction. Hence: 7/10 for the first film and 8/10 for the second one and the third one.

Well, this episode, or, rather, dialogue sequence, lasts for less than three minutes, so I cannot rate it anyhow. Why is it even considered a distinct special, this is just a scene, added to the blue-ray edition of Monogatari: Second Season, if I remember everything correctly.

At the beginning I completed the first arc of this season, and it was quite tedious. So I thought: there it is! Monogatari has finally got boring to me!‘. Oh hell no, far from that. I shall never get enough of this show. Every time I complete another season, I WANT to stop. Yet on the following day I find myself watching the next one. Please, help me!

A good shounen. Memorable characters, brilliant battle scenes, strong and incredibly stylish visuals but a fucking lot of DULL childish humour, and a few things that I am rather to not mention. Hence 7/10.

An interesting one. Although I am not a big fan of futuristic cosmic dystopian setting and of concept of each episode, telling its own unique story, distinct from the main plot line (which takes only about five or six episodes), I acknowledge that Cowboy Bebop has quite unusual style and some kind of charm, partially because it is a little bit dated now in 2020 CE. The direction is indeed second to none, I take my hat off (though I don't wear hats). It uses methods, uncommon for Japanese animations and, as some say, more usual for films. Characters are good and memorable, although rather not in my taste, which is a proper characteristic for the whole anime.
I could have rated it 7/10, but thus I would have placed it in the same tier as Fate/stay night, Noragami and Akame ga Kiru, which is not quite the place for CBB. Hence 8/10.

Today you watch Nekopara - tomorrow in some gutters you shall be consuming cheap futanari-furry hentai doujinshi, praying to God for death.

Not as good as some say, neither as bad as say the others. A metric ton of fan-service, if this word be appropriate for such anime. The quality of visuals is not as bad, as you may await from J.C.Staff. But the visuals are terribly bright, so that it even hurts my eyes. 7 out of 10.

The fucking worst isekai.

At first it tastes like one of those mass-produced RPGish, Isekai-ish, plain as the Fylde, pieces of Japanese animations, whose name is Legion. But actually it is an anime of the good-old genre 'Ecchi: I can't believe it's not a hentai', which pushes the boundary even further, than its numerous predecessors. So far that I don't even want to rate it by a number from zero to ten. Thus, Ecchi/10.
Post scriptvm. Actually it does get a little bit boring after the second episode, but, since I have watched this while it was airing: an episode after an episode once a week starting from the third one, I hadn't got bored, no. Vice versa, I was rather patiently waiting for the next episode after I finish one.

The important thing to mention is the fact, that I watched this anime in chronological order, and, therefore, this comment is for the whole Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu franchise.
Well, that's definitely not the most boring Slice of Life I've watched, maybe one of the best ones. It has great characters, some arcs are not felt that slice-of-lify, and anime has a lot of cringeworthy moments which I rather like. Some may say, that this is too unoriginal, although this anime definitely IS original and, moreover, the inspiration for many other anime in the same genre, from the existence of which you may deduce the unoriginality of this anime. But, nevertheless, some arcs are quite boring, that is inevitable in a Slice of Life anime, in my opinion, so 7.5/10 rounded to 8/10 since this is truly one of the best Slice of Life anime presently.

All potential horror elements were lost somewhere about the 3rd episode. Regrettably. Visuals are okay, characters are fine, plot is bearable, partially reasonable. Norman is too smart for a child, his ¿post-mortem? scheme based on sixth sense or insight, probably, is excessivly fabulous. Maybe he is Nier's brother, but that would not add much more sense. Demon's nature and origin were the things I was interested in knowing about, but regarding the outer world and the abovementioned subject is present inexusably low amount of information in this anime. Nevertheless anime is quite decent and inarguably deserves a view. In summary 8.5/10 rounded to 8/10 since I do not like children.

It may have been 8/10 if not:
1) Terrible opening and ending which I couldn't not have skipped.
2) Anime-ish plot, where the main characters are superhumans whilst every one else is braindead. Reminds me of a popular yaoi, Death Note, known even outside of the anime fanatics' community. And while in Death Note it was alright, since Death Note was not written by Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle and Yagami Light and Lawliet L were not already world-wide known characters. But the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes *were* written by Sir Arthur Ignatius Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes *is* a world-wide known character, so this kind of an adaptation looks rather queer.
3) Historical accuracy. And no, I am not talking of some minor flaws, I don't really pay much attention to most details. The very basis of the plot of this anime is a total absurd. Authors took the XIX cent. Victorian Great Britain as an example of a medieval-like estate-based society, à la XII cent. France from poems of Bertran de Bòrn. Such preposterous nonsense I may not tolerate.
4) Yaoi.

The first anime TV series I have watched.

I like how one half of this season is that bloody lizard sex.

Nothing extraordinary but still a decent anime; quite enjoyable and easy-to-watch. But apart from that, there is nothing I can say about it, therefore only 7-7.5/10.

It kind of feels to me, that the second season of this anime differs from the first in the same way, as the second season of 俺の妹がこんなに可愛いわけがない differs from its first season, even though these animes are slightly unalike (yet, I think, that, if one watched them all, one would understand the analogy). If you enjoyed the second season of Ore no Imouto more than the first one, then you would probably like the second season of this anime.

Overrated.

The anime is shit: the plot is shit, characters are shit, visuals are shit, 5 out of 10 for a little bit of PAIN and SUFFERING in the ending. And yet the anime does not worth a veiw, in my opinion.

Okay, graphics are very good, some scenes are really beautiful. Sound design is also nice, BUT the plot is absurd, characters are literally stereotypical anime clichés. Tedious. And, unfortunately, not enough fan service to keep me watching this.

Too dated and slice-of-lify for me. It has the sixteenth place in the list of the most overrated animes on Shikimori, but, I guess, it is just one of those animes you had to watch when they first aired. Watching it now will simply bore you and make you think of this anime as of an overrated and generic one.

It is too dated now. I see no point in finishing it. Perhaps, if I had been a fan of futuristic sci-fi thematics, I would have probably finished it, yet I am not.

Danmachi doesn’t change. Just as dull, as the previous seasons. I don’t even want to finish it, for I don’t have as much time, as I had back then.

It is not particularly bad, at first I even thought that this is rather good, but then it bored me. And this will probably bore you as well, for it is Slice of Life, yet you may give it a try.

I cannot understand those who like this.

When I began to watch this anime, there were about two episodes. And whilst the third and fourth ones released quite soon, now, when the fifth is released, I can’t even properly recall, what was the original about. And thus shall it better remain.

When I started watching this one, I almost completely forgot about the existence of the first season of this TV series. And the second season of it shall be forgotten just as the previous one. Nothing new here.

It was the first anime, I watched in a dub. You probably know why. Although the dub is really good, I just can’t finish it. Perhaps, if I had watched this, when I was a child, I would’ve loved it as everyone else, but now it’s kind of pointless.

Nothing new nor original here. Boring characters, weak visuals. The plot does not provoke interest.
